Rehmannia (Shu di huang) – 5.0

Dioscorea (Shan yao) – 3.0

Cornus (Shan zhu yu) – 3.0

Cinnamon (Gui zhi) – 1.0

Aconite (Fu zi) – 1.0

Hoelen (Fu ling) – 3.0

Alisma (Ze xie) – 3.0

Moutan (Mu dan pi) – 3.0

Indications:

  1. Nephritis (nephrosclerosis, nephrolithiasis, nephrotuberculosis), pyelitis, (nephro-atrophy), albuminuria and edema.
  2. Cystitis, cystolithiases, cysto-tubercolusis, senile cysto-atrophy, prostatomegaly, dysuria, urinary incontinence and nocturia.
  3. Diabetes and urinary incontinence.
  4. Cerebral hemorrhage, arteriosclerosis, thypertension and hypotension.
  5. Neurasthenia, amnesia, nocturnal emmission, uncontrolled emission, impotence and imappropriate erection of penis.
  6. Lumbago, sciatica, deformed vertebra, numbness of the legs and beriberi.
  7. Cataract, glaucoma, decrease of eyesight and keratitis.
  8. Eczema, tinea, senile itiching, vaginal itching, dry skin and urticaria.
  9. Chronic gonorrhea, rectoptosis, climacteric disturbance and related disorders.

Note: Patients having chronic gastrointestinal weekness, frequent diarrhea, marked ascites and facial flushing with fever, should not take this formula.
