Rhubarb (Da huang) – 3.0

Cinnamon (Gui zhi) – 4.0

Mirabilitum (Mang xiao) – 2.0

Licorice (Gan cao) – 1.5

Indications:

  1. Menstrual irregularity, dysmenorrhea, climacteric disorders, endometritis, ovaritis, habitual abortion, hemorrhaging due to retained placenta and stillbirth.
  2. Cystitis, gallstones, renal calculus, urethritis, prostatitis, prostatomegaly.
  3. Dermatitis, eczema, urticaria, acne, athlete's foot, ringworm, frostbite and warts.
  4. Blepharitis, conjunctivitis, retinitis, keratitis, trachoma, hemopthalmia and glaucoma.
  5. Hemoptysis, hematuria and bleeding of the conjunctiva, tongue, intestine, anus and uterus.
  6. Habitual constipation, hypertension, arteriosclerosis and pyorrhea.
